1. People

Our people are our greatest asset. That’s where our commitment to sustainability begins. By fostering a healthy work environment and offering diverse opportunities for growth. It starts with health. From an ergonomic workspace and a balanced work-life schedule to healthy lunches and room for relaxation. We also focus on raising awareness: What can we do ourselves to promote sustainability? How do we commute to work? What kinds of corporate gifts do we offer? Together with our people, because sustainability starts here.

2. Planet

Our living environment, and that of everyone else, is close to our hearts. We care deeply about it, and we take action. Our vehicle fleet is fully electric. Our office is printer-free. Our booking tool is entirely digital. We separate our waste. You name it. And these efforts are appreciated. Over the years, we have received multiple certifications and awards, and we are proud of that.

3. Profit

Sustainability is not something that can be achieved alone. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, we actively involve our employees, support various organizations, and encourage our partners across the value chain. Our team participates in volunteer activities, we endorse sustainable initiatives such as Hotels for Trees, and we connect our chain partners with organizations that assist in improving the sustainability of their meeting locations. Additionally, our clients can select venues based on our Practical Sustainability Label within our booking tool. This is how we translate our policy into action and take a meaningful step toward a better world.
